@@lawofficesofmarcusyi613 hi i am in the same position ! i represent an established artist and i spoke to few lawyers for this and they all mentioned me that (the artist still needs a sponsor either from a US agent or company) he can set up a company and do all the work (but he still need someone to act as an Agent in US and registered ) is there any other alternative ?

Hello Sir, i am 20 & a musician.
1 Question about O1(B) Artist Visa.
Are educational certificates necessary/vital for the O1(B) Artist Visa?
I am 10th Pass C.B.S.E board India.
& Soon will be 12th Pass via N.I.OS(National institute of open schooling)
I don't want to spend my time & money on college & fully focus on meeting atleast 3 of the 8 necessary criteria required for this visa, in the few upcoming years.
Is it okay if i don't have any college degree?
