You should cover the entire old city restaurants, a location at a time and one or Just two restaurants at a time, with each restaurant's name and location and the menu served there in a series of videos. Especially, old restaurants and also authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. Though I lived in Hyd between 1986 and 1991, I hardly know old city restaurants, except a couple of them. That is the case with most people, especially the younger generation. There is an influx of outside food culture in the city now and to perpetrate authentic Hyd cuisine, you should embark on such a project. Even if it is a very small joint, it's ok. Just tell them in advance to spruce up.
People in Hyderabad won’t let me do it, the Hyderabadi restaurant owners don’t give permission 🥹🥹🥹 I do my best , doing selective spaces and restaurants seem like paid content which is something I’ve been accused from first day… which is why I am doing bulk explorations in one video according to locality … will surely think about this and try to somehow make it happen
