Yes i love that statement about the dogs language.....oh! my my my...mine did the same kinda bucking in the 9th dec 2024... The pipe stopper burst but because it as at night...we ignore the upand down - to and fro...only to realise around 05:30 when i was about to go out for a walk....water had filled up the entire studio apartment in renovation, coming out of the back and side door😢

I think it is a beautiful house. Ann, if you are going to paint over wallpaper, talk to the people at the paint store to advise you. Also, think about different shades of white as stark white can be a bit boring and medicinal. Keep up with your videos as they are most interesting. You are absolutely charming.
