I hope to be relocating back home to Boston soon and came across Charlie’s videos. I’ve watched real estate videos on numerous cities during my job search. They all should take lessons from Charlie. Gives you a look at the residences, the neighborhood, and most importantly the pricing! It’s baffling how many realtors don’t include the price. I understand the pricing can change rapidly, but give me some idea. Otherwise, I’m wasting your time and mine. Well done Charlie I’ll definitely be in touch if I get the job.

I really appreciate this comment - hopefully I get the opportunity to work with you on your search in the near future!

Love the FP3 Lofts. Fantastic views at a lower price point.

My friend purchased a beautiful loft in the theater district, and she paid 2 million dollars. The flooring was so thin that you could hear the downstairs neighbor stirring his coffee. She was forced to sue the developer, and she got her money back with interest. It took almost 2 years. DO YOUR HOMEWORK before buying. She is a powerful Boston attorney with lots of connections, which is why she was able to get her money back.

@@nat9909 Must have been 210 South street… That’s concerning - I’ve only been in the building once and didn’t notice that. Thanks for sharing.

19th century structures would be from 1892, not 1982. Sorry but you may need to recheck.

@@andrewmgsa999 I believe I said that’s when the conversion took place not when the original building was constructed.

You could not pay me to live in Taxachusetts! It is a corrupt state! The taxes are outrageously aggressive and extremely high!

@@jocox2054 In 2022 they robbed me for 39% of my total real income. I only lived in Taxland for 10 months. I don't even drive through the communist republic anymore. They wait at the border to start sending fines. I had to pay for someone's toll charges with fines. They had a picture of the vehicle and the driver and the plate. It was not registered in my name or state and I was clearly not driving. I went to the toll office so they could see me!

Property taxes in Massachusetts are 1/2 of what they are in New Jersey.
