Could this affect the approval of my wife's SOWP extension?

Because some say it is only for LMIA backed up jobs only whereas the other few mention that it's applicable to both LMIA back up and exempt jobs? A clarity would be appreciated. BTW, my husband is in an ict work permit and myself as the dependent of ict with open work permit. Any impact to spousal work permit such as the spouse shouldn't work?
