I am not a hunter, but would like to learn how to hunt. In an SHTF situation, I would be willing to eat anything. Rabbit, venison, fish, all the way down to maggots if I had to. If SHTF happens, I just hope I have some bacon grease or tallow with me. Venison messes up my stomach 😩 . Lol
Deer, whitetail deer has few weeks a year here in Ohio. But if needed for sustainability I'll eat whatever is around.
