I like Curly's idea.
Fred's idea to eliminate tanking is very draconian.

There's no fixing the draft. It's the simplest of facts that good players are picked at the top of the draft, and getting good players is how teams win and make money. If they don't want teams to tank, they need to either flatten the odds across the whole league, assign players to teams randomly, or let them be FA's and sign wherever they want.
Grant Hill is a good comp, but Hill was just more explosive than Scottie is. My comp would be Scottie Pippen, as well. Odom is a decent comp, but he was far too willing to defer to others and never wanted to be the top dog. Barnes does.
RJ got to the line a lot, he wasn't converting. I can see RJ getting there more next season than SB b/c he is justva bruiser who loves to attack the rim.
The Sixers Process was the worst tanking job. Sam Hinkie was the goat. They just messed up their picks.

JT will not make guys better on this tm. He is a volume shooter/ scorer. He is not even the playmaker SB is.
