I'm an OG. I prefer camping. I get there early, I get my sneakers, I go home. It beats doing multiple raffles, and depending on SNKRS, waiting for shipping, and it saves me money because I'm guaranteed to get retail. You're going to bleed in the sneaker game, it's up to you to choose how you're going to bleed.

All good! Late 70's/80s baby here. I don't have the time to wait in lime anymore, nor do I want to spend off time waiting. Shock drop, EA & reserves all came through for me so Im good. But yeah whatever you prefer, do you, salute!

It got crazy down here in South Carolina. I was at Hibbett sports waiting on them to release the pairs to the public at noon and people were starting to fight about it. Everybody was yelling in the store. It was crazy

Got to Snipes at 7am during the snow in Queens realizing no one is here. Chilled out at a Dunkin til 9am and was still first in line. Got the dub in store and SNKRS too. Also got breds for the home girl and my future nephew.

visiting NYC today so I was camping out at broadway foot locker without a reserved pair. The SNKRS app didn’t hit while I was in line to get in, so O get inside and get upstairs and they only have 8 and 8.5. So I ran all the way down to the 5th Ave NIKE NYC HQ store and got in line there and was FINALLY able to cop at retail

It was a smooth morning for me picking up my pair from JD but it was already people in line asking for left over pairs at 11am.
I woke up at 10:10. 10 minutes late for the drop. Entered the raffle and by 10:11, I got the “Got’ Em” notification. Easiest cop in a while.
I went for a 12.5 to be on the safe side, waited in line for 15 minutes and got an L, immediately went back and went to my actual size 12, and Got Em’ in less than 20 seconds gotta love it

Literally no sneaker store in Lexington KY was willing to sell the sneakers to non-raffle winners until Sunday except for Hibbett at 5 PM EST.
Took Ls at the shock and SNKRS launch but got in store Ws! Doubled up on them and have one coming via raffle
Doubled up - shock drop and then champs in store pick up today. The leather upper is so clean and the overall fit on this 4 is wayyyyy better than all the other 4s (before the Nike SB Pine Greens).
ONE THING: I did spray the CREP sneaker protector on it and it left a BUNCH of light grey botches allll over the shoe. I took a Lysol wipe and carefully wiped the blotches off, and they’re not there anymore today. But it was a bit scary to see that. I thought I had ruined the entire shoe.
I might get a third pair to absolutely BEAT them up because even resale right now isn’t too bad. All around, these are an awesome drop and best of 2024 so far for sure. Eggplant foams and Olympic 6s are next! That’s alllll I want!

Honestly the comfort is the reason I’m keeping them and did a double up. They aren’t usually my style cuz it’s just a lot of black. I’d still prefer having more SB4s but they really are shockingly comfy

Glad I got my double up it seemed like the hype wasn’t too bad until they sold out that’s when everyone hit the malls I got so many offers for my pairs but I know I would regret selling just like I regret selling my 2019 pair but the materials on those felt so cheap now with this leather pair I feel like they won’t crease up as bad as nubuk and you can wear the leather pair in any weather so it’s definitely more versatile. The OG will always be better but these are a great alternative in hand they look way better

I went to jd sports at 10am when they opened. Like 15 to 20 people in line.and there was a dude at the front who was new. I asked him if they still had 10.5s and he hit the walkie talkie and asked and they had them waitin at the register when it was my turn. No one in front of me did that and so a couple people who wanted 10.5 didn't get em. I kinda feel bad 😂😂😂😂
