If you're on Nvidia graphics card, go to Nvidia control panel, manage 3D settings, max frame rate set to 60 fps.

@@emugamer2610 thanks for the reply. I have an AMD and actually tried that limiting earlier but could not add the game since doesn't use a standard .exe file but updated my global settings which did not work. But what did actually work was turning on vsync. Thanks again.

How do I exit test menu? When I do it shows network settings then goes back to test menu again and not the game? Thanks
