To get the ink flow the best option is having a converter cartridge in your pen and twisting it, you will get the ink in the feed easily ,but if u choose cartridge you gotta just flip the pen upside down and wait for 5 or 4 minutes so the feed could observe the ink this is how every fountain pen/calligraphy pen works
I actually never used these pens before but then I found it cheap and bought it I was tryna finding tutorial video of pens of similar company but thanks abhay, I found the tutorial video of the same company and it was worth my time Lucky me 😊

Was looking to buy these kind of nib pens and only this of avlb and being unsure, this video was helpful. I have a few questions- Can we fill regular ink right into the barrel of the pen. 2. If I need to use calligraphy inks then which pen is avlb in the market for it. 3. If I need to learn pointed pen calligraphy then ,are there any pens like this rather then usin nib and nib holder. Hoping to read replies regarding my queries. Thank you.

Sir, maine skygold ka calligraphya ka fountain pen set liya. Lekin jab likhne jaa rha hu to sketch pen jaise excess ink fek raha hai. Sharpness bilkul b nahi hai. plz solution bataiye.
I have Just purchased this set it have 2 bodies of pen including 7 different sized nibs (I'm a beginner) however the ink quality is very questionable Ok the other hand The nib I would recommend it quality and writing quality is good but pen quality and packaging on its own is very questionable
I am quite well versed in pointed pen calligraphy and would like to start learning uncial. Everywhere I look, the pilot pen is recommended but for me it is just not affordable. Can I use this to start learning? Or should I buy any specific nibs since I am used to nib care?

I have these pens with me and I’m learning gothic lettering. The ink flow isn’t good, it gets dried off quickly.

Yeah you can use them to write uncial. Alternatively, you can use any broad edge nibs for this.
