when i first started the game, i had alot of wingmans before reaching stage 7. All the other wingmans destroy and avoid bullets as normal EXCEPT; Ambulance: will prioritize rescuing instead of destroying. Iron Clad: slowly moves around you as it protects you from enemy fire.
According to my contact at iDreams, they are not currently working on a new Sky Force. That doesn't mean there won't be one, but it's a long way off IF it happens.
MuaHaHa according to Peter on steam, they're probably working on the widescreen version for PC, so yeah, i don't think there're gonna be any new sky force game for a while.

I believe that the wingman is good in specific roles depending on the plane you picked to become a wingman. For example, I've played SFR level and one time I've picked the wingman cube containing the Ambulance. The Ambulance then started picking survivors rather than focusing on destroying the enemies. So in conclusion, the wingman is quite good in certain cases and in this case, the Iron Clad wingman is good at taking the blunt hits due to to its high health, a perfect living shield. P.S. You do have a point about its awful AI, but the wingman is task to make things easier in certain task like saving survivors, being untouched, crowd control, etc. so don't expect to become a pro pilot like us. (unless idreams makes the wingman even better in future updates)
how are you controling the game? i mean like with a bluetooth gamepad? or with your phone and the game mirrored on another display or something? and are you playing on a tsblet or phone?

Coopilots are only useful for stage 05 when they get hit by EMP. Really hoping they're putting back the laser not nerfed. Keep it up
