Both the loops are different . How to decide what line will be flushed first or together?

Kyu ki pehle sodium hydroxide chala hai jiska PH value more than 7 hai. Pani jab use mix hoga pani ka PH value bhi more than 7 ah jayega. Isiliye pani ka PH 7 lana hai taki confirm ho sake line pe aur sodium hydroxide nehi hai... Only pani hai
