@@lebien4554 this is the new method since the 90s. Before that it's the same thing, with Type- for pretty much everything. If lots of weapons came out the same year (1956 for example), you have pretty much everything named the same.
What's G on second letter? Because there's a PGZ something, right? An SPAA, IIRC

just a piece of advice about calling the vehicle's name, in China, when we are doing a quick call out on the models, we just ignore the letters in the front, for example: ZBD-04A, we just call it 04A or type04A, same as ZTZ-99A, we just call it 99A or type 99A

I havent had a chance to play as the PLA yet but playing against them really changes the way a lot of the maps play out. Especially the maps that normally have the insurgents team. Completly changes the flow of the game at times. Honestly a lot of fun.

Playing in the Chinese BMP, you are able to fire your ATGM very quickly but
as soon as you fire you can reload your next ATGM even as your last one is still flying.
You can even fire your second one before the first one hits something and you
will still have control of both.
Chinese BTR and BMP extremely versatile and POWERFUL!

@Ottobalance2 Does the 100mm frag round (not the ATGM) of the Chinese BMP damage vehicles?
@DairyQueenShake frag rounds and squad are a very confusing relationship since I know rpg frag rounds do nothing even to helicopters but I know the 23mm aa gun can even damage some APCs. I do not believe the 100mm frags do any damage to vehicles.

Imagine infantry deployed drones by conventional armies in this game.
I have always felt that the PLA is very underrated in both video games and in real life, since the end of the WW2 the PLA is the only fighting force which forced the US lead UN army on to the negotiation table during the Korean war. The PLA is formidable enough to take on the UN army without heavy weapons and armored vehicles. Put politics aside, people should give them more credits for it. It's good to see more video games is picking up the PLA as a playable faction.
Yeah its kind of easy when you can just throw human waves at Armies and not value life lol. The PLA should be learning hard from Russia in Ukraine right now.
@@fsargewinney The Chinese didn't have what the US had during the Korean war, human waves are the only way to fight the US, however the 2023 PLA is very different man. Russia fought a war that they are not ready for it, the Chinese is smarter, they are slowly getting ready for war, and when the time is right, they will bite. When comes to conventional warfare, I think the PLA is far more advance than Russians, I think Russians should learn hard from the PLA on how to fight a modern warfare, not WW2 style warfare.

They're not underrated at all, it's baby army without experience lead by system that's known for corruption and incompetence. Their entire force can be locked in China by navy and bomb back to the XIX century. They're dangerous in mass and in land assault mainly

In that sense most country are baby armies, and yet none has come close as strong as the PLA. If the US can't even win wars against smaller baby armies, I don't think they can win a war against a large baby army. The US no longer have the technological advantage over the Chinese like they used to. The US is moving they toys back to the second island chain and this shows the US is no longer capable to fight the Chinese from the first island chain, and now the Chinese is pushing outward toward the second island chain. Let me ask you this question, what will the US do if the Chinese choice to destroy all US and Japanese runways, navy docks, army bases, and radar bases? I don't give a shit about the propaganda, I approach the matter in a realistic approach, the US came all the way to Asia to fight with China, what can the US do if there is no place they can dock their ships and land their planes?

it might be easier to remember the PLA armour by calling them type-10,type-8 and type 4

Some of those US team players were just making bone head mistake after mistake.
seems like there were no coordination. For example, the AT squad could have pushed the Type 99 (earlier in the video) and destroyed it, but they allowed it time to repair and get out of the kill zone
@@captainbroady Side note, the PLA regulars do not wear body armor so not sure if they added for balance. Not even sure if body armor is factored in.
@@rickjames18 that would be debatable since the PLA isn't very transparent with what goes on inside. Some would argue they indeed have body armour. Anyways the update is pretty new, I'm sure they'll patch up the imbalances and bugs soon
@@captainbroady The PLA even gloats about their newest shovels and snowmobiles, if body armour were standard issue then the state media would have by now at least written an "analysis" about how their plates were a thousand times more durable than US ones.

You might as well just refer all these vehicles as Tanks, IFV tracked, IFV wheeled, recon cars and such and such, that's what all the prefix/acronym stands for.

Not sure if its a German thing but lately, like since two weeks, we cant get even close to awesome inf fights like those in this video. Every squad is locked with like 3 people, most squads are mounted on any kind of vehicle and it goes as far as there is only one logi, most often the last people who were not quick enough to join a squad, mostly called squad 11, 12 or even higher, rushing from cap to cap because there is no other infantry to do the capping. And everyone is butthurt sooo quick... Dont know. Maybe you can tell me. Just a German server problem? Any fix to this? Any idea?

China didn’t do so good the first half. But constant American failures with their armored vehicles cost them dearly. The American infantry was owning the Chiense but their tanks and armored vehicles saved the day.

One of the worst American teams I’ve ever watched beginning to end. They didn’t just have a few misplays - they completely mishandled every single major vehicle asset they had the entire game. Total throwaways and really funny to watch the Chinese team wreck them for it

The fact that he said the americans had the upper hand and then they completely whiff it. Like he said if the commander had assets it would have been perfect to then out the troops. but what is key is having SLs that understand the flow of combat and know how to reposition. when they were losing troop in the farm the radio team should have pushed to support and not stay at radio.
