Rest In Peace Dick Clark. Overdue condolences to the family for your loss. 😔💐
Almost 40 years ago in 2023 which is crazy!!!
The male actor that was Markie’s partner, played on Total Recall. He was the guy that was the hotel receptionist when Arnold Schwarzenegger checked in after he arrived on Mars.
The hotel clip is on RUclips

HO-LEE *$#!%!* 😮😮😮
Thanks for posting this episode. Glad to see more USA episodes. Because with GSN you don't know if the fee plugs are cut out or not
Mel later was on a TV evening show called 30 something
The actor was a desk clerk in Arnold's movie, "Total Recall."
Mel Harris - her pre-celebrity days😊
Yep 👍, under the name Mel Kennerly.
Hope Merdock Thirtysomething

Tough winners circle answers there!
Imagine winning a car that only has AM radio 😱😱😱😱😱
LOL.
The Winners Circle categories were really hard.
Same as USA Network for the Contestant Plug, Because The PHONE NUMBER NOT ACTIVE!!!!? During the ReRuns!!!!?
those usa network days were the best, usa had so many things, sitcoms, dramas, sports, movies, that had so many in the 90's.now today, not much mostly america's big deal.that's all they have.used to watch it,growing up in indianapolis,i used to watch usa all the time.
Facts
Markie's hair *IS* 1985. 🔥🔥🔥😎😎😎
Yep 👍, September 18, 1985, to be exact.
That wasn't the poi-- Never mind.
Couldn't say Markie Post was from Night Court because that was a rival network's show!
Not true; first, this version was in syndication, not CBS like the daytime show. Plus, it didn't matter, they still had people from shows on competing networks.
Markie was a frequent celebrity guest on the $25,000 Pyramid on CBS in the mornings. And I distinctly remember the announcer saying "From, "Night Court"', Markie Post" when she would be introduced. So it's kind of strange that she wasn't introduced like that in this syndicated version. 🤔🤔
@@der22672 It's possible they just made a mistake, or it just wasn't official yet
Plus she was not on Night Court until the fall of 1985 since this was taped in the spring of 1985
"Right!"
Ok what the fuck is the rule on prepositional phrases for the winner circle?

Mussorgsky's Pictures (Things at an Exhibition). Might be a bit obscure.

Second ding = Lilliputians would have been acceptable
Third category... try "in a swimming pool."
Wow Mel Harris!
You've got that right 👉, Hope 🙏! Mel Kennerly, as a matter of fact.

@SamTurner do you have the 1st $100,000 Pyramid Tournament (November 11-15, 18-22)?
Yes
@@samturner64 hope you'll post it soon.
@@samturner64 Isn't that where Richard Mahaffey was the first $100k winner?
@@georgemaster689 Precisely. 🙂
Things that are small-A coin, a 45 record, baby's shoes, a midget, a pinky finger
Wow, I didn't know Al Gore was on Pyramid! :D
More USA Pyramid airings, please. That's what's missing.
You tell ‘em, David!
Yes I would love to see them too. USA's were uncut and unedited unlike GSN's.
Right?? They make me feel like a kid again! 💯
The second bonus round, these things...
"things that are small/little" - midgets
"things that are wide" - ABC's *World of Sports* show
(I won't touch that last one; not enough time to be fair)
USA airdate here was 1/6/1993
I was 6. :-)
Yes, dumb boyiam, at 3️⃣:3️⃣0️⃣ p.m. Eastern Time, to be exact.
Would they have allowed "the world of sports" for things that are wide?
hard subjects
Yeah those are $100,000 subjects
Definitely so but they are very smart
I wish Dick Clark was still alive
Where you get wet-At SeaWorld!!! 🐳
He was awful giving clues
I cringed at 18:30! Wow. How rude. Comparing or using overweight women in the same category as a trailer truck or a whale? The gall. Talk about “body shaming”. How arrogant and rude because weight is not just something women deal with. And then the commercial comes on and it’s about weight and being skinny?!? Wow!
