      Angled elbow is good too he can get bigger this way as long as the bar is lined up just under his chest he's good, but incline is better if you want big tits 😅

      @@AuPairChina dont flare them. hes flaring them. look at pro benchers like julius maddox, they bring their bar closer to their sternum so they keep their elbows more tucked in

      @@2jjulian well not so much at that weight but there’s a risk of injury in particular a neck strain as you go up in weights. It’s also just an overall waste of energy trying to keep your neck up in that position.

      he is using leg drive, hes jsut keeping his butt on the bench. i notice when he's lifting the weight he's pushing into his feet a bit and they stop moving

      Dude how, i mean i went to the gym for 6 months and my bench went from 90lbs, to 125lbs. But 6 months before that i was doing calisthenics and when i first started i couldn't do a single pushup.

      You need to eat, if you can get 200g of protein and 3000 calories in each day, you can train bench once per week to failure with strict form and your literally garunteed to grow. If you've done all than with no luck then youve probably got stabilisation issues with your shoulders or back that need sorting.

    Disclaimer this isn’t a flex and I’m not trying to imply this guy is weak because he definitely isn’t but there’s this Russian guy in my year at school(he’s 15) year 10, he has never been to the gym in his life and doesn’t even look that big , I go to the gym with him for the first time for him and on his first ever try he benched 100kg(225lbs) LIKE WHAT HOW💀

      actually leg drive placement is completely individual preference as ppl have different leg drive strength at different angles and stuff. but yes keep head on the bench
