This by far is my favorite dishcloth. My husband has rather large hands for a man & I have small hands. This is perfect for both of us, and yes he helps with the dishes from time to time.
I really liked your idea of only chaining 12 and making a scrubby with this pattern. What a great way to use up small amounts of left over yarn! Thank you
Awesome project. I'm going to try doing the back-to-back version you mentioned. I love this one because it's a little more challenging than just back and forth but still not too hard. Thanks for the tutorial!
I have been looking for this pattern, as well as making wash cloths I intend to make fitted duster heads for my long handled Swish floor mop. The mops rubberised head has perished and this will make an ideal replacement duster to fit over the head and I have a lovely 'make do and mend' project. Im going to make multiple dusters so I can change them repeatedly and just flip them in the wash.
You must be skipping the single crochet stitch back thus creating the bumps on both sides. I actually have a similar pattern like that and like that pattern also.

You could also make it the original size, fold it in half, sew two sides and make a washing mit out of it.
Rhayne Sthorm Good idea. I think I will try that also.
Rhayne Sthorm Nice idea!❤
Awesome idea
it was lots of fun
I may be doing mine wrong. Are the raised bumps supposed to be on both sides or just one side? Please help
All of the bumps are supposed to be on the same side of the project

not complicated stitch...single, treble, repeat : )

It’s too bad your instructions are on top of yourcrochet
Turn off the closed captioning. That's that's on the screen. You control that. Just turn it off unless you need the subtitles.
