That's like watching a heavyweight fight where the underdog dances around for round after round, dealing heavy, heavy body shots & avoiding being knocked out. After 7 or 8 rounds, theywould say, "it's a stalemate, nobody is winning". Wrong. In the 9th, 10th & 11th round those repeated, heavy body shots will stop the biggest fighter. By next year, RuZZia will have difficulty answering the bell.

The two major issues with the Russian populace are:
1. They don't have access to information other than the government that tells their people that the West is using Ukraine to conquer them, that it needs to be de-Nazified, etc. So they believe that propaganda.
2. There are also people in the government and media who are even more extreme than Putin.

There was a war early last century, where the Russian soldiers had enough and took the the train home en masse. Forgot which one. I wouldn’t be surprised when that will happen again soon. The soldiers are getting angrier, and more hesitant to follow orders.
It was World War I, when the Russian frontline collapsed in 1917 before the March and October Revolutions of that year. It may well happen again.
