what do u mean by activeCell, is it the edited cell or the cell highlighted and i'm currently on it?
if it is the 2nd option then what will happen if the cell i'm currently on isn't the dropdown cell?

Hello. Active cell is the cell the user has just edited. In our case it will only work if the activecell is in column 2. If the user edits a cell in column 2 nothing will happen
