      A print in place hinged bracket would be helpful

    I would have selected the end face to create the 10mm sketch fillet, rather than the two edges. Provides the same result. Does my method have any downsides over your method?

      You're absolutely right-you can achieve the same result faster. That workflow is quicker, as long as the fillet applies between the sides rather than between the top and bottom faces. I opted for manual selections to play it safe.
