I reached out to the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries to weigh in on brook trout in Dead Stream. Here is the response:"Hi Rick, Brook trout can be found seasonally in most reaches of Dead Stream, depending mostly on cool water temperature and cold-water side seeps/tributaries that may provide some relief during warmer months. Obviously during spring and fall trout will be more widely distributed than in hotter, dryer months. In recent years Northern pike have begun to show up too, particularly in the lower section of the stream near the confluence with Pushaw Stream. Kevin

That's the price of one acre here in Maryland!
Thanks for sharing Bruce.
I hunted that property years ago.. that's a nice pc of ground.
Thanks for sharing Todd
Ballpark on how much to get that trailer out?
Is the rail line active? If not, does it intersect at a town?
May be cheaper to bury it onsite.
Thanks Rick.Looks like a lot of low lying property on the map.
Yes that would be a fair description. I would estimate wetlands at 30% of the acreage.
Even if sold or under contract, what is/was asking price please?? I didn't hear it in the video..
$80,000
Is this property still available?
Is that public access use property as well ?
No
Property comes with a free kitty😝
Is the seller willing to remove the camper stuff come spring?
Priced "as is".
@@richardtheriault7624 I sent you an email.
@@outdooradventureswithjason6275 Never received it. rick@lifestylepropertiesme.com

Old Town is the nearest one.
Did I miss the Price please??
It is pending. Asking price $80,000
Was the taxes for a month or year
Per year.
What about Sasquatch??
You will have to bring him with you.
I am sure it is sold???
Call Rick at 207-731-9902
Gorgeous! Bigfoot country :-)
The only problem is that it’s only bass and pickerel here. No trout.
You may find one really scared trout somewhere, but yes this is more of a warm water fishery.
That kills the deal right there
Interesting. If you have it could you pm me the topography and soil composition.

Is there any owner financing
No
Cellular service? I assume there isn't I would think you would mention it if there was cellular service
Nearest tower is 3 miles northeast of the land. Service should be good here, call Rick for more details.
I had pretty good signal while on the property.
Those trees make good firewood?
Sure.
Sold?
Under contract
Can you drive a truck across the RR Tracks
When the private crossing is in place, yes. Currently not in place.
Seller has made contract with the railroad, and replacing the crossing is in progress.
A lot of swamp on this property. But it’s priced right.
Thanks for sharing.
Does a train run down those tracks? Might want to jump a ride in and out of there some day, I used to be a hobo.
how much wet land are there?

No owner financing.
Very Nice .I bet the dogs home by the fire,
Yes indeed. They do love the fire on a cold night.
terrible name for a stream! but nice property
Thanks for watching.
Except it's Bradford and they're sticklers with building codes and crap, no thanks
Building codes in Bradford are not that different from other towns. One difference is the larger than state required lot size of two acres.
