The size of the 1/6 scale road wheels are ~11.67cm,
The size of the 1/6 idler wheel is ~9.42cm.
It looks you have correctly done the right sizes.
There is a 1/6 Leopard 2A4 currently designed by a famous UK company , has made a mistake by making the same size for the road and idler wheels. Fortunately they have found the mistake and start to re-design the smaller idler wheel.

From their recently released footage , their suspension is in the way too low. Maybe builders has to adjust the suspension angle higher by themselves. But builders are not allowed to criticize that , or his order will be cancelled and non-refundable.
It looks like all steel track. Not possible / too complex to fit the rubber track pads?
I will update a new tracks with high-refine plastic pad (not rubber) in the near future! =)

honestly.. if you ever sell these (sine you said you might) you have to CNC maching the parts. it just doesnt look right being made by hand. i know labor in vietnam is like 1$ a year per worker but the quality just isnt there. look at some of the other metal offerings on the market to get an idea.
