Doc, from a new pilot perspective, how many hours would you recommend someone getting before transitioning to a g36? I know everyone is different, just speaking as a general guide.
Matt, for me personally I flew a high performance Columbia300 for 500hrs before I transitioned. The G36 is a lot of plane and requires a lot of familiarity. But each person has there own tolerance vs risk levels and many people transition much earlier than that. The real question is, when can I personally transition “safely?”
