Back side wheels holding bolts are not properly getting inserted for us. It is not clearly shown in this video how to insert the back tire bolts. Can you please show it properly, do we need to use hammer to push the bolts inside? Thank you.

I received tricycle with no screws for seat, no bell and no footrest

Seat is very hard , no cushion.....poor seat design for a kid. Cushioning was needed.
