All I can discern from your witnessing is that I can relate. I can relate after learning to hate showing up at a restaraunt so often too after accepting an invitation someitmes to go out with my husband during any runaway inflation periods while helping to run more than one start up like for example a trucking business. Sometimes when there is in the same restaraunt others invited along and eavesdroppers and onlookers all offering their appraisal on how events there were unfolding. Thanks for another perspective on what doing business during inflation is like. Something which my sister-in-law Sonya who is an artist too said can be quite problematic at times everywhere. Not only in a restaraunt. In a mall too when the 2 of them for awhile were selling toys which my brother had invented which Sonya had done the packaging for.
