Or just videos that compare the two countries, maybe from the perspective of expats?)

Reacting to some of the comments: no, showing this much skin is not normal or acceptable for everyone in the Netherlands. Just like Brazil, the Netherlands has different cultures.
A very good special girlfriend from me is the biggest Gerard Joling fan; she have a tattoo from his face and autograph on her back close to her right arm. Her name is Susanne Kreuger.
But it also changes from generation to generation. Even worldwide, although every country is different. In the 70s, my children's books in Germany showed pretty much everything and they talked about the body at school at an early age. Today it's much more difficult. Even the German naturist culture FKK ( = Frei-Körper-Kultur, literally free-body culture) doesn't take place in public - doesn't hide but has its own areas, you can take part but you don't have to. Clothing nowadays is mostly up to you, but must fit the occasion (you should not appear half-naked and sexy at school/office etc.) But nobody would approve of miniskirts today like in the 70s anyway - which were basically just a wider fabric belt 😅 However, thanks to equal rights, women have been allowed to go topless in the swimming pool for some time now, but I don't think many people do. Naked skin is just nature, but nowadays we are much more open than the USA, for example, but still much more prudish than we used to be.

I live near de Zaanse Schans and on a day like today very hot at the moment here you see people all over the globe so you ou van see all different cultures and then you realize that mormal is just a little circle around you
