All you need is to avoid installing XAMPP into C:\Program Files. Thus XAMPP will always use the original files for all users and there would be no confusion. I recommend to install XAMPP into the special folder in root directory like in C:\XAMPP. But before you choose the folder you need to click on this warning message.
Two methods did'nt work for me So clariffy two things Do you change the value number into 0 write down policies steps? First is right:policies_sytem ,then double click the system ,or there is difference?
I'm still experiencing the the same problem 😢in my laptop what should I do. I also have avast antivirus running so it also interferes with the installation.
