- This is a taste test/review of the Carrot Bundtlet and the White Chocolate Raspberry Bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cake. They were $5.50 each.

White chocolate raspberry is my favorite!
It's delicious!
One of the seasonal flavors is blueberry and it is amazing!!.... The big one come in.a box. The little buntinis are nice for a party, and you can pick the flavors you want if you order in advance!
I'm hoping I can keep track of the monthly flavors and buy them to try!

My fav of all time at NBC is the Peanut Butter - if I remember correctly, it had a sweet PB frosting and it was DIVINE! They had that 2-3 years ago and I haven't seen it back since. Back then, when I asked about them bringing it back, they said they were having supply chain issues. I will be RUNNING to the store if they bring that back!
My other favs are: 1. Strawberries and Cream (great strawberry flavor in the cake which is rare), 2. Mint Chocolate (chocolate cake with choc chips and nice mint flavor) and 3. Lemon Raspberry (lemon cake with raspberry swirled in - both flavors prevalent).
I do LOVE the carrot cake at NBC, but carrot cake is never my first choice. It is a nice blend of spices and has a smooth texture, rather than chunks of carrots and fruit in the cake.
I love peanut butter and would love to try that flavor!

I love carrot cake, but I really dislike cream cheese frosting... 😖 When I make it, I put a glaze on it, if anything.. But it's one of my top favorite flavors of cake... (With NJ crumb cake and lemon cake being my other top two!)
I remember the jam cake video.. I can't believe I've overlooked trying that! I'll have to soon!
And you made an excellent point with these being perfect to bring to the hospital. When my dad was in rehabilitation around this time last year, I brought him meals and goodies a few times a week since the food there was awful. (And if you aren't eating well, you aren't happy..)

I guess I am the ODD man out...we tried these years ago and they were horrible! They were so dry they would choke a horse. Perhaps they are better now...but hard to believe. This location was probably the real reason! HA
When we tried them years ago, they did seem dryer to me as well. Recently, we have had a totally different experience.

If someone is in the hospital, please don't give them sweets as gifts. It WILL make them sicker. I haven't tried carrot. I hated the white raspberry. I like the snickerdoodle.
