As a Floridian currently living in NC. FEMA has always helped during hurricane season. I hate that this misinformation is being spread around for political gain. 😢💙

Hey Donald Trump, what have YOU done to help the people who lost everything in Hurricane Helene??
Last week, I arranged for 10,000 hand-held can openers to be shipped to those areas affected by the hurricane.
Much of the food and beverage aid they get is in tin cans, and many people who lost everything, cannot open them!
This week, I am sending a large bulk supply of salt packets for salting meat, so it doesn't spoil; along with 1728 cans (12 gross) of Repel mosquito repellent.
In past disasters, I had even sent thousands of bottles of multi-vitamin/mineral caplets, and/or vitamin B Stress Complex caplets, because proper nutrition is often non-existent for months in those areas! And, I will still try to send those too, if I can get them in bulk.
I am now also preparing for the upcoming disaster (in my winter home, near St. Petersburg, FL)! I suspect their needs will be similar!
I hire sprinter van drivers to haul it all from Wisconsin to the distribution hubs, where it gets to the people who need it!

I have been living in Israel for 14 years. I am a Christian and have worked with all kinds of nationalities here in Israel. Today, I run twice for shelter with my 5 month old baby.
