It’s referencing gate keeping the 5 elements of hiphop so that they never get culture vultures like the owl dude. In the class room you have representation of DJ when Tommy goes to start the music at the turntable , representation of dance, representation of graffiti art work , representation of spirituality when the bible is being passed around and representation of mc’ing. Basically hiphop should not make it easy for people to come in and traffic out the culture.
