Is this the big one? You gonna build one to match that orange kart you put together? That thing is a work of art and with that Tilly 225RS.....woohoo!!!
Makes sense to me, they are cast bronze so they tend to break in my experience, but my experience is not mini bikes but other applications. Why not use some sort of anti seize too?
@@GoPowerSports awesome, I was told to get the 40’ one and been having some real unsafe issues. Will place an order for the mikuni 52’ Tomorrow. Thank you
What header pipe is that I just built the rascal kit from you guys bike is stock at the moment and I will be placing a order for a stage 1 kit and would like that exact pipe thanks
Ok, in the first video you installed the bushing before you painted it. Now you have powder coated it. I rattle canned mine to get it up and running and now I want to powder coat it for the better durability. My question is, how did you get the bushings back out to do the powder coat process?
At 12:47, love the tip about the master link.. Lots of folks never learned it from their Dad's.. I'm glad I did.. thanks for including it.... Great video!
Hey Taylor, you related to Red Beard or just a coincidence that your both repping the Ginge? I never made the connection. Lol, you guys are doing awesome. The new look over on the website at gopowersports.com is looking cleaner than ever!! I needed a couple seats and these guys had them restocked in no time. They're stepping up their customer support and doing their best to keep up with demand all the while producing exceptional in house offerings.
Hey Taylor, can you please assist me on installing fenders? Both the rascal kit not knowing the fenders aren’t pre drilled. What bolts and covers did you use for front fender?
Neat build. I like the hammertone style powdercoat. If I had to nit-pick something, I would rotate the ends of the gas tank clamps up under the plate and out of sight, instead of them being visible hanging down from the bottom.

Looked like RBG walkthrough too
Oh Ol' Red Garage Beard, eh? I wonder if those two are related....?
Always nice to complete a build with friends, especially when you don't need help.
where can i get those tires?? they aren't on your website.
Are those metal fenders or plastic fenders
These were metal. The were on the Red Coleman Minibikes.
@@GoPowerSports do the bolts come with the fenders?
Why don't you pull those bushings in using the nut and bolt?

Does anyone know what the correct throttle cable length is for a rascal mini "the big rascal" with Mikuni 22 running a stage 2 predator?
We like the 52" Mikuni Cable

My friend, I envy you. A great job with a great company and you live in Texas.

We basically used a long round rod piece of steel and punched the old one out.
What size bushings are used for the steering neck and are they available for sale? By the way, great build.
What the measurements of the frame
How do you do the frame? Inches and mm ?
At 12:47, love the tip about the master link.. Lots of folks never learned it from their Dad's.. I'm glad I did.. thanks for including it.... Great video!
Can I buy just the frame and fork assembly?
Sorry, not yet. Just in a kit.

Break cleaner is amazing for removing and putting on grips
I've always used dawn dish soap myself and air no real wrong way
