build less decks but build them better, if you have 5 decks at 85% optimal is worst than having only 2 decks at 100% full power

I think you should focus only on one deck until you complete it and then you can move the other decks , that personally what I do:)

Both negates require discard and Dogma combo blocks Verte, not sure about this one, toy magician is a better route.
