Using Snap Mode

  • Snap mode can either be used with existing components in an assembly, or with components that are being newly inserted into an assembly.
    Mates are created by dragging one Mate connector to another.
    The A key flips the component along its primary axis, while the Q key rotates it around its primary axis, reorienting the secondary axis.
    To mate components as they are inserted into the assembly, they must possess at least one explicit Mate connector, use control to cycle through multiple explicit Mate connectors.
