It took me obviously a decade before I decided enough is enough, I'm glad you're doing what your heart tells you, I've also decided helping others is what I'm doing also, I'm working as a drug and alcohol counselor now. I know we're not close anymore but I'll always have love for you. You were and are still a good dude and friend. Much love Cheech.

Dig through ISOs discography. Trust me you wonr be disappointed. I found him through his dementia album which is like a spiritual journey/ psychedelic trip. And is about finding himself and is very introspective and reflective.

So it's a mix of mental health songs, life stories and motivational songs. That all tie together nicely and really give you an idea of that time in his life. I'd recommend checking out the title track - Get well soon, Zero dark thirty four, Big Farm A, or window off that album. If you have time of course.
