Hard to believe on how old this song is. It brings back so many great memories when I was a big Kpop nerd a few years ago. And this song was one of my favorites back in the day.

Anyone else cry any time they listen to any song from their first album? I remember listening to this album back in high school and thinking how great these girls were and how big they could be. Little did I know that they would go on to take the world by storm and quite literally heralding a wave of kpop and female nugu's. This album is the start of humble beginnings and for fucks sake I'm a 26 year old man bawling up any time I listen to this album just cause I'm SO proud to be a SONE and SOOO proud of our girls. Sometimes I wish we can go back to this era. Even though I was just a young girl back then I would have still loved it. Being a Sone for 6 years changed my life in many ways and I am thankful. I still remember the first Girls' Generation music video I saw, Gee. I immediately fell in love with it and since then I had always had a special love for GG. Though they have been through ups and downs they always came through together. Though right now there is only 8 members lets just remember OT9
I was around 9 or 10 when I first saw this on tv , I'm 17 now and still remember the day this played on that arirang channel . Iliked it the minute I saw this but didn't know their names , so for a few days I put the arirang channel again to see if they came up. They did but their name didn't show again! So I just forgot about it and moves on. Then in 2009 I saw mblaq's debut song and loved it. After a while I forgot about it again. I was pretty ignorant to kpop and korean culture. To be honest I didn't even know there was a place calles korea. Then again I was a very ignorant child , so I sometimes put that korean channel when I got bored. It wasn't until early 2012 that I got into it. And I don't regret any minute of it. Being in the kpop fandom has been a great experience.that I'll never forget , but it makes me sad as well , all the hate and whatnot. So I rather not get into any fandoms and any of those fan wars , because is basi ally a waste of time. Every time I hear this song I recollect back to when I first saw them and I get overwhelmed by the memory of it . They've come along way . Did many good things that's what made them get to the top . Amazing talents and looks , I can't say they're perfect because I don't believe in perfection but they sure are amazing singers/dancers/comediennes. I hope the best for their futures . I'll support what ever they'll do even if I can't meet them , but if I ever got to I'd just tell them thank you for the laughs and amazing music.I will always remember them as ot9 , even though all that's happened, jessica was my favorite and wish her the best with her fashion line. Anyways this song is amazing , one of my top favorites , specially liked tiffany's hair here, always looking fabulous. Can't wait for their comeback
Jess Jj I was around 9 when I first listened to Gee and I honestly don't regret it, in fact I am thankful towards them. They helped me out through life, and like you said if I got the chance to meet them I'd also say thanks for the happiness, sadness, music, their smiles, and their laughs. Let's keep supporting our 9 wonderful girls not matter what happens. I can't wait for their comeback also. :)

Feeling so down after the news that our Tiffany, Sooyoung, and Seohyun won't be renewing their contracts. But Jessica had always acted more like a leader being the second eldest. She could confront people, hold her ground and at the same time, be the warm and encouraging elder sister- something that Taeyeon struggled to do due to her personality. Taeyeon herself said that Jessica has better leadership skills than her and she couldn't have done it without her help.
