Watching your morning runs, I would have told you to focus on going from gas to brake quicker and to maximize time on the accelerator and minimizing time off of it. It looks like you improved on this pretty good going into your final PM runs as well as your fun runs. Repetition is a great learning tool. It builds muscle memory and eventually you can develop good habits right on the first run of the day.
