It should keep what you Programmed into the memory. If you change the beans, you need to reprogram it. Time or Weight is your choice to program. Any would do.
Thank you. 2 Oz could be 56g. Sorry i didn't weigh the 2nd and 3rd shot. I'll check it today. And that will be Lungo 1:3 ratio. 1:2 ratio will be 36g and may be 1.2 Oz. I have a video on 1:2 ratio ruclips.net/video/d1fKAH-Au5Y/видео.html
You are really programming time not volume. There is a wheel valve inside the machine and depending on speed wheel turns determines how much water flows to the group head. Its same concept as a camera. Do you know what a camera aperture and shutter speed are? Aperture is size of hole that lets in light and shutter speed determines how long the whole stays open. Manual will tell you that yield will ultimately be determined by grind and dosing size and age of coffee. Because as you probably know it's possible to grind too fine effectively choking the output.
The tamper ridge will hit the Portafilter exactly 8mm I set. So it's not going any far even if i use 100 lbs pressure. Thats another advantage of this tamper.
@@ggivensjr I'm assuming it looks like i apply a lot of pressure. But not. I'm ensuring that it hit the ridge around the PF basket. That's why I twist to check. Else there could be channeling.
@@AjusCafe if tamper ridge is being stopped by top of basket then it doesn't do any food to push any harder or twist left and right. You can't compress the coffee anymore than it already is compressed. You can twist and push till the cows come home it is not doing anything.
@@ggivensjr He said he is twisting it to feel that the edges are touching uniformly on all sides, why do you feel he is waiting for the cows to come home?
Oh what a great man to teach you and explain it so good Thanks😂
Hi there, great videos! Have a question does it matter where the filter size is set if pouring a single or double shot. Thank you.
Hi was wondering if new program mode is lost when machine turned off or unit is turned off.
I don't think it will keep those settings. I haven't verified. But i know the single/double dose button resets.
Hi Anju great videos. what was the grind number?
I thought i mentioned in this video. Not sure what I used..
So in the earlier video, you followed the exact steps and it was time mode and now its volume mode? How does the machine know what you have in mind?

Can the pre infusion time be custom programmed?? I cant find anything anywhere, can you tell us how to do it!?
Here is how to control preinfusion. You cannot program it to be automated. ruclips.net/video/Q-9EcESWigY/видео.html
Great video. Was your output 56 grams for that 2 oz ? Are you doing a 1:3 ratio?

Such a negative bitch. Shut the fuck up. If you know so much why the hell you watching this video?🤣 you're nobody
Man, lighten up on the tamp! All the twisting and turning and it looks like you're trying to push puck through counter.

@@AjusCafe if that's case then why do you push so hard and twist left and right? Just curious.
