Not a single Kashmiri Pandit demonstrated against Article 370 from 1947 upto 1994. All the demonstrations against Article 370 was carried out by non-Kashmiri citizens. Even people of Jammu never demonstrated. Why?

Sushil ji, I respect you for your knowledge and commitment to the cause you are living for. We saw you criticising NM and his govt during BJP-PDP rule. Your vehement criticism looked very apt and justified then. You were disappointed and angry because, in your words, BJP had given in writing that 370 won't be removed. But, now we all know that those two years helped making a robust platform for abrogration of 370. The central govt delivered much beyond your and our expectations. But, it seems, you have not learnt from your error of judgement. It doesn't deamean us if we accept the fact that guys at Delhi are a lot smarter than we thought they were. Now you are criticising domicile policy. I don't say they can never be wrong. But, based on the way they have been functioning they are not so stupid that they will bring in a mini 370 again by way of new domicile policy. Once again you are making the mistake of underestimating Modi-shah and their team. Who knows, you might be as wrong as you were when you were giving emotional cries about written comitment to not remove 370.
The travesty of justice in Kashmir over 70 years makes the Nazi rule benign. It is shocking to find that Kashmir was allowed to operate with a constitution of Pakistan and the Indian democratic government overlooked it and advanced it. The Modi Govt.’s Article 370 lacked the brilliant reasoning of Sushil Pandit. The country must take notice of his prerequisites for the return of Kashmiris to their place of birth and the perpetrators of the genocide must be brought to justice. The cruelty, criminality and inhumanity of the framers and sustainers of Article 370 must not go unpunished. The exiled Pundits and Hindus of Kashmir must be made whole at least materially.
I am highly disturbed by this revelation on J&K. I don't remember seeing this news anywhere. I am a staunch supporter of BJP but of lately have started having my doubts of some of its actions like Shaheen Bagh, SC sending mediators to Shaheen Bagh, Rohingyas, 500 J&K in India, total inaction on Madarssas, Maulana Saad still absconding and many many more such inactions. I am in total agreement with Susheel ji that we need to ask questions to our elected leaders. Just asking Susheel ji how can we make our voices heard.

Thanks for the update. With plenty of KP friends we schooled without KM. Served in J and K through 70s and 80s. 370 was like a distasteful spoon, a favour, an incentive for the state to be part of India. Everyone bayed for its removal, without knowing much about it. It was emotive on all sides. You must talk of the betrayal of both Hindus and Muslims. Have heard your talks on historical discrimination, but only from one side. Awareness is much more today. Kashmir is spoken of if not taught in several universities around the world. Speak of Mughal, Sikh and Dogra rule, Nehrus nepotism where ever important positions had several Kashmiri Pundit. The RAW, IB, Army, Governors ... was that not nepotism? KPs have realised their state through the harsh forced migration of 89-90. Today they are the most politically exploited lot. The ones in camps are worse off. Removal of 370 hasn't helped man or beast. KPs are divided even more today. Let the Kashmiri identity prevail and grow. KP and KM have to be together for progress. Aazadi, if not autonomy was the best. I thought we were almost there before 5 Aug 2019. P.S.: try buying land in some states. Every state has its share of political despots. Try a state govt job, you have to know state language. We served for a decade in Kashmir. Didn't see a single KM in central services in my own. Thats India, whats special about J and K that has cost lives, detracted from progress and kept us in perpetual conflict. Nehru isn't there anymore.

Not a single Kashmiri Pandit demonstrated against Article 370 from 1947 upto 1994. All the demonstrations against Article 370 was carried out by non-Kashmiri citizens. Even people of Jammu never demonstrated. Why?

We saw you criticising NM and his govt during BJP-PDP rule. Your vehement criticism looked very apt and justified then. You were disappointed and angry because, in your words, BJP had given in writing that 370 won't be removed. But, now we all know that those two years helped making a robust platform for abrogration of 370. The central govt delivered much beyond your and our expectations.
But, it seems, you have not learnt from your error of judgement. It doesn't deamean us if we accept the fact that guys at Delhi are a lot smarter than we thought they were.
Now you are criticising domicile policy. I don't say they can never be wrong. But, based on the way they have been functioning they are not so stupid that they will bring in a mini 370 again by way of new domicile policy. Once again you are making the mistake of underestimating Modi-shah and their team.
Who knows, you might be as wrong as you were when you were giving emotional cries about written comitment to not remove 370.

The travesty of justice in Kashmir over 70 years makes the Nazi rule benign. It is shocking to find that Kashmir was allowed to operate with a constitution of Pakistan and the Indian democratic government overlooked it and advanced it. The Modi Govt.’s Article 370 lacked the brilliant reasoning of Sushil Pandit. The country must take notice of his prerequisites for the return of Kashmiris to their place of birth and the perpetrators of the genocide must be brought to justice. The cruelty, criminality and inhumanity of the framers and sustainers of Article 370 must not go unpunished. The exiled Pundits and Hindus of Kashmir must be made whole at least materially.

I am highly disturbed by this revelation on J&K. I don't remember seeing this news anywhere. I am a staunch supporter of BJP but of lately have started having my doubts of some of its actions like Shaheen Bagh, SC sending mediators to Shaheen Bagh, Rohingyas, 500 J&K in India, total inaction on Madarssas, Maulana Saad still absconding and many many more such inactions. I am in total agreement with Susheel ji that we need to ask questions to our elected leaders.
Just asking Susheel ji how can we make our voices heard.

Respected Sushil ji, I think, present Government lead by BJP doesn't have sincerity to solve the Kashmir problem.There is no doubt in my mind in respect of Nationalism. There is gap between emotion and practicality. I think at present no other party than BJP thinks for true nationalism,no personal interest.We should think the matter deeply.

Thanks for the update. With plenty of KP friends we schooled without KM. Served in J and K through 70s and 80s. 370 was like a distasteful spoon, a favour, an incentive for the state to be part of India. Everyone bayed for its removal, without knowing much about it. It was emotive on all sides.
You must talk of the betrayal of both Hindus and Muslims. Have heard your talks on historical discrimination, but only from one side. Awareness is much more today. Kashmir is spoken of if not taught in several universities around the world. Speak of Mughal, Sikh and Dogra rule, Nehrus nepotism where ever important positions had several Kashmiri Pundit. The RAW, IB, Army, Governors ... was that not nepotism? KPs have realised their state through the harsh forced migration of 89-90. Today they are the most politically exploited lot. The ones in camps are worse off.
Removal of 370 hasn't helped man or beast. KPs are divided even more today.
Let the Kashmiri identity prevail and grow. KP and KM have to be together for progress.
Aazadi, if not autonomy was the best. I thought we were almost there before 5 Aug 2019.
P.S.: try buying land in some states. Every state has its share of political despots. Try a state govt job, you have to know state language. We served for a decade in Kashmir. Didn't see a single KM in central services in my own. Thats India, whats special about J and K that has cost lives, detracted from progress and kept us in perpetual conflict. Nehru isn't there anymore.
