As a Gachatuber I really relate to what you said!
Making videos take a lot of time (even short ones) and it also takes a lot of creativity which you can't really get when you're busy, tired, etc
You should always prioritize your health first tho
Personally I started trying to post one short video a month or smt and leave my big projects for vacations
