I say 90% because the bald guy playing accent guitar was still hooked up. If anyone can share a link to that performance, you will forever be in my cool book!

Wallflowers were my first concert when i was like 11...and at First Ave in minneapolis, where Bob used to play a lot back when he was young.

I am not sure of the tuning but you can use a capo on an open D guitar. It just raises the pitch of all the strings just like in standard tuning.
