This is an amazing timer. My company is in the process of adding this to our list of controllers we install! I’m even considering installing these instead of the xcores(even tho I love the xcore models) but the option to add wifi at a later time is a awesome selling point!! from ARIZONA IRRIGATION REPAIR LLC!!
Finally a Hunter wifi controller with an off dial. Been installing the tm2 for homeowners and will have to check this one out on future retrofit jobs.

My lawn is programmed in offline mode by the landscaping company.
Now if I setup WiFi to the X2 controller successfully but do not setup any programs, would the lawn get watered as per offline program schedule?
Good question about programming. The controller will not irrigate because it does not know the scheduling from the software. If the controller connects and gets the programming from the software and goes offline it will irrigate with the software scheduling. Basically when you plug the WAND in WAND schedule takes over. Don't plug in the WAND if you cant connect it to wifi right away so your schedule will still come on from the X2.
