Im california native of nearly 50 years.. Theres not much "unusual" about this weather. Except for the people who thought California "doesnt have have weather"
True, for now at least. However, about a year ago, there was a rain event in Florida and several EVs got a bit too wet. Days later when they thought everything was fine, the EVs started lighting up.
There is going to be massive cleanup and forest sprayed to stay moist and you wait and see the people trying to stop the cleanup it's being done they just haven't seen were.
To put this in perspective. If a Month of Rain in Long Beach is 2.39 inches that means 0.075 inches per day, they are talking 3 plus inches per day, their infrastructure is simply not built for these "Rain Bombs".
5inches of rain with a car sitting in 3 feet of water in the background. Could it be poor drainage? Poor infrastructure? It’s not like this doesn’t happen every few years like clockwork.
CA has been getting a lot of water, which is a promising sign of nature for its reserving water, caused by the heat surge from warmer pacific. Heat surge carries more moistures and heavier air to make a lot of rains. According the SOSI solar model, the pacific heat is causing by pac. ocean plates sinking into the Mantle and releasing the energy while the sun activities raise heat at the earth belly region... So, a prediction is to expect a hotter summer than 2023, and high UV.
Aloha hugs 🤗 from Hawaii Sorry for the Pineapple express Washington State normally gets it. Be prepared be safe, Los Angeles is the name of a River that flows to Mexico canals where built to tame its 100 miles wide. Its happening get out you hovercraft, we say Surf boards when the waves come and all our Islands are hit by it.
After years of hearing about the droughts and wildfires its nice to recuperate the water that we have been needing. Granted the city isn't designed to handle that much water flow but its much better then having water rations and constantly burning forests.
Lol, I like the expresson of "oof," a universal expression of pain or trouble.
60 times more than your normal daily allotment of rain, yeah that is a lot of rain.
Let's all sing together: 🎵 "It never rains in Southern California". 🎶
Very good

Another reason to not buy an EV
Nope. It grows a bunch of kindling for fire season coming up.
@@DustinHawke so a drought would be better? 😆

El nino. Weather is going to be bad this year
California can’t take a break from last year
Gosh, here in the Midwest we know not to drive into water over the road when it’s flooding.
Here in California, a flooded road is nothing compared to driving through a wildfire. So I'll take my chances
Without knowing the details it's just judging some poor soul who now has a dead car.
That car almost completely submerged in water with the windshield wipers going was pretty funny.
i've been living here for 3 yrs haha that's it bro sit down

When God is angry, the first thing He does is to destroy the environment. God is global Al.
Ok now divert the run off somewhere to store...because in a few months we're going to hear about record droughts

Thought they were having droughts there?
Sounds like the droughts became the new "norm" and now that the rains have returned, people are unhappy about it.
Hope they're not driving EVs
