They either don't have parts, their service centres are very far from my place and the quality of their products are simply pathetic. Just this Sunday I spent around 23k on getting my fuel pump, ECU and throttle body replaced. There are so many other parts that I have changed as well from battery charger to armature to even the switch. Pathetic experience. I thought that I would give my father a gift but it turned out to be a nightmare for me.
Bro , last year I brought the extended warranty. It’s worth it, today my bike got stalled in the workplace parking. Reason due to ECU damage, and engine light was on for a month. Today due to Extend warranty freely I had replaced my ECU. Whenever you Jawa , Yezdi or Newly BSA it’s purchased extended warranty and Road side assistance for an individual safety.
My speed 400 got some rust in the rear suspension. I complaint on twitter and they replace it within 2 days. Top notch customer service. Although it's not expected from a brand like triumph, but service was excellent.
I also bought the same bike but 2022 model with 10k km on it, luckily the previous owner kept it well, And I jave driven it for about 2k kilometres now I haven't faced any major problem till yet now but the only problem I have faced is the white spots on meter, Luckily the service centre near me is very good and responsible they fixed all the issue and servied my bike for about 2.5k and I mean that's not very bad, But I support your brother may you win 😊
I'm about to buy a Jawa 350, is that good option? Reason for buying Jawa 350 is I own a 1978 yezdi model B, I sold it few years before, so in that memory of yezdi I'm planing to buy a Jawa 350, good to buy one?
@ima2stroker I have driven my bike for about 1500km in the 2 month's of ownership that I have for my bike, But I can say that after driving the bike on various terrains and situations, I would say go for the bike only and only if you are willing to give out some of your love and care to this bike The way I see this bike is, just treat it as a pet you can have a lot of fun and all that you can get from this bike, but at the same time you gotta take care of stuff like servicing on time, and taking care of rust prone areas, but as a final conclusion I would definitely recommend this bike, Just one more thing do talk to some local customer at dealership/service centre about the people who who works there because this bike is very complicated and I won't recommend you get it serviced by some local mechanic, Just confirm once on how your local dealership treats their customers

Shame on YEZDI for legal notice, I own Yezdi adventure and I'm facing same issues. I'm so frusted with it that I need to sell my bike, but Now I'm not getting much of it. I bought it for 2,64,000 and today, after two years I'm getting only 1,20,000. The condition is good! just because of bad "after sales service", I'm getting very low price. I'm was altleast expecting 1,50,000 (Including accessories!) Now I understand, these kind of stuff (Legal notice, no response, no parts availability, etc) are responsible for such a low resale vale. Reasons for selling it: 1) Very bad at Low end torque specially with jurkynes (and this is very very very important) 2) Parts availability (Many time I have to wait for weeks to get it back to working state if anything bad happens) 3) Heating 4) very hard and heavy cluth (not good for traffic). Altho I haven't seen much of rusting on my bike, there are some but those are very little/common not much to worry.

the main problem is the absence of LEMON LAW in India. I'm a JAWA owner too but havent faced any major issue with the bike, and warranty claims have been promptly put up. It is the scale of LEMONs that the brand produces that getting a defect free bike feels like an accomplishment. same goes with TATA and OLA ELECTRIC. they manufacture more lemons than they produce defect free vehicles. sad state of INDIA

Mere service center me mujhe dikkat nhi aai. Parts mil jate h buss 30km jana padta h service center ke liye service center supportive h. In 25000+ km i also chane Meter 3 , magnet coil 1 , throttle body 4, ecu 1. But in extended warranty the surveyor not come easily and bike drop at service center for approx a week or 10 days. In extended warranty company must have to support.
Bhai front brake ka issue h kya aap ki me bhi. Mera front brake kaam nhi karta when ever bike goes through pot hole or patch road , whenever road is not even and plane. Front brake lock ho jata h kitna bhi jor se dba le liver press hi nhi hota or brake nhi lagti. Agar front suspension move ho rha h to brake kaam nhi karti.

I haven’t felt loss of power after 2 years. Maybe, it’s just that you might have gotten used to 30 bhp torque and power. Nevertheless, I suggest you to take someone else’s bike test ride and not completely rely on SC mechanics.

Absolutely not. DO NOT generalise. My father has his Bajaj scooter since 1984 and still going strong. I'm still using 2011 Pulsar 150. Purchased Honda Highness in 2023 and have been a part of Bigwing Riders' group, have seen people sharing experiences and troubles, I've myself got some parts changed. Classic Legends has issues and they should get them sorted soon.
