How exactly does the Z stack mechanic work? I’m a bit confused if a card is underneath a leader can I use that card from underneath and it will stay underneath?
Just picked this up to get back into the game. Is there a budget option for Robotic Riposte? I plan on picking the set up over time, but I need something else in the meantime
@Cody im fairly new to dbs card game, me and my buddy bought some cards and he bought this starter deck, with that goku thiigh he cant attack or anything from under the leader right?
@@KlukePhoenix what the other guy said! But Zstack is new for this set. But you basically tuck another card under to pop an effect off (like playing for 1Y). This deck and the Pan starter deck are both great starters. Pan has been my favorite for awhile now, but Majin Vegeta is creeping up.
@@KlukePhoenix yes. Some cards can switch to active mode while they're attacking. When this happens, you finish the current attack's battle and then have the option to swing again

Nice video. I have a question because I don't understand how this card "Son Goku Absolut Anihilation" works. Does this card work in such a way that the opponent all extra cards cost +1. Or if the opponent uses 1 energy then forever this effect is negated.
It's porbably too late but yeah if it's a permanent skill, it is in effect until the card is not on the field anymore. This means every extra card cost+1
The cost for activate the ability is add cards from your life to your hand, if you have 1 life, you fail to paying part of the cost which is "add cards from your life to your hand"
@@felizpe97 but thats not a cost and your not failing your adding cards until you go to one but what ruling states i have to add cards to get the effect? I see it as infinit power infinit boardwipes unless u house rule it

"Add cards from your life to your hand until you have 1 life left:" If you're unable to add cards from your life, you aren't able to complete the effect. End of story. The ":" being used as a separator indicates the first sentence is a COST of activating the second portion of the skill. Can't complete, can't activate.
@@OneTrueAmid but i can complete it im at 1 life it doesnt say knce per turn doesnt say must add at least one life, there is no ruling that will stop this from going infinit as printed cuz regardless of whether i add a card or not it doesnt say minimum 1, like ive checked the rules and nothing says i cant so show me where it does.

How would someome kill the goku whos going under the leader?
It can't be removed from under the Leader (I don't think a card has that ability yet). So it would need to go into play from under the Leader.

@@KlukePhoenix the Z Battle card goku has a ability to play it for 1 energy instead of 2 if it’s under your leader

With the vegeta card staying in rest mode but gets switched to active mode by the leader get to attack 2 times in one battle turn or?
If a rest mode card is switched to active mode, you can attack with it again in a separate battle unless the card states otherwise
@@johnkiggs108 so i can attack with vegeta, he gets put into rest mode, active the card to change rest into attack and then attack again
