Could you share the techniques you used to achieve such a texture and clarity in the photography?

For sure! I got that texture by adding a little bit of noise/film grain in postproduction (it’s just an overlay). And the clarity comes from having a really sharp lens like the one I was using in this video which is called the Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 art. Hope that helps!
