havent had to do one yet but will be using your method. many of those spoilers are mad crazy to take off. the push retainers are so mental and they all still have nuts. just use nuts and weakly holding pins or clips. not stuff you need a giant pry lever to break those hardcore clips usually 4 or 5 on many hatches like that with no access to squeeze the sides of the clips through holes.

I just had mine replaced but the window seems to be too short. Is this a common problem with this model? They used Mopar glass as well
Mopar original brand should fit like a glow but no one is perfect.
How is it short ? Sides or bottom?
