I’ve been doing this meditation everyday since learning that I am pregnant again after suffering a loss. This really helps me to feel safe and eases my anxiety ❤️
Look up black seed oil. Take a teaspoon each morning and night with raw honey. Its good for fertility issues. My mom had fibroids and finally was able to conceive after having it. So many women have these issues. But God has all the cures we need. Try it and pass in the remedy to help another. Blessings to all who need this! God is good!

We've received some bad news for the health of our unborn little one. I've been listening to this daily and asking for good heath for out baby, it's at least helping to keep me grounded.
I had thought I was about 6-7 weeks pregnant and spotting with no pain when I went to the doctors office they had told me that my gestation sac was perfectly round and that is a good sign but initially the baby is supposed to show up on the screen at 6-7 weeks but there was nothing. They said that it could just be early but they drew my blood to see if my levels were rising. It took me a while to come to the conclusion that I’m pregnant and ready for a child, I came home crushed, why wouldn’t my baby show up on the screen? Hoping my baby was just hiding. Anything happen like this to anyone before? I prayed to god so this baby makes it to me. Prayers up pls 🙏🏽

@@SarahHall444 I’ve never gone thru labor before but I am currently putting together a playlist for my first home birth because I’d love something continuously playing, so I’d say at least an hour but as long as you’re able to like 3-4 hours? Maybe soft music in between so you don’t have to talk the entire time. That is my most ideal meditation. Also, if I’m being honest, skipping the “hi, I’m Sarah Hall” in the beginning lol. Every time I hear it I say hi Sarah, ok let’s do this 😂
