Just to let you know you got the family series for the Pilot Kakuno. The faces on the nibs are as follows. The yellow one is the baby. The blue one is papa. The red one is mama. The pink is girl. The green is boy. I've been between fountain pens and dip pens myself when journaling. I also have dip pens from Pilot their Iro-utsushi dip pens that come with a fountain pen nib on it. The nib size they have are fine and medium.
Ha! Thanks for the info - that makes more sense. I thought it was just a random baby face. As far as dip pens go - do you ever use a kakimori nib? I've got the brass and steel and I'm really trying to get the hang of them! I've got a Sailor and a Pilot too and they seem to be a little easier to manage.
@@lidl.doodle You're welcome for the bit of info on the Pilot Kakuno. In regards to the Kakimori Dip pens I've heard about them but, I haven't used the Kakimori Dip pens yet. I'm debating whether to get one or not. Perhaps their Sakura Wood nib holder with Metal Brass nib. It's my understanding that you can do different variation line widths with those pens. I also thinking about glass dip pens as well. currently have the Teranishi Guitar Glass Pen in my shopping cart.
