Big Zam they probably lost the original audio files of Arin's commentary and had to substitute. that's also probably why these episodes took so long to get uploaded to RUclips
I mean the quality of the audio isn't great, sure, but for some reason I kind of appreciate the deadpan of the narration? It feels more atmospheric, like a detective's monologue over a hard-boiled crime story. I thought it was how it was meant to be at first, really, I don't even mind.
a bang bang bang hurts the player so they don't money AND they can't shoot, a bang hurts the player also, but the player is still able to shoot, and they won't earn money,so getting shot means you don't earn money, but the two bullets work different
That moment when you REALLLLY wanna talk about how you saw this video in the first 2 minutes of it being uploaded, but you don't waana sound like a jerk so instead you leave a comment explaining your predicament, while at the same time telling that you got here within two minutes of the video being uploaded so that you don't sound like a jerk. plz don't hate me
alldayagain I think because only criminals would want to see if a cop has flipped the card. You risk the suspicion of the other criminals to take out the bigger threat
The way the game usually works is the card is passed along under the table, without anyone looking at it. This means all players who lived through the round have to have the card pass through them. So they have no choice.
Celio Hogane Yeah. The cop is determined by process of elimination, if the card is flipped and someone was out of that round, the person who was out is not the cop. That's how they determined Barry wasn't a cop.
It seems kinda easy to figure out who the undercover cop is.... If a small group of pot winners make a call and the card is turned over by the end of the round, you know it has to be one of them, with a better chance of being right the smaller the group is. If that person isn't in the group and the card isn't flipped over, then you know it's that person. Can the cop chose not to flip over the card even if they're one of the pot winners? Because that would give them away immediately if they're the only one who won the pot.
I love the idea of this game, but the passing around the telephone card is so broken. If you were playing with people it'd be too easy to tell if someone is flipping the card or not. And if you drop it then you ruin the game because only the cop would know if the card is flipped or not. All players being forced to go into a room/corner and stay there for like 5 seconds without anyone looking seems to be the only way that'd work. But maybe it works out.
What the fuck is with the narrator. The audio is not edited in the slightest. This wouldn't be put past Polaris, or the Game Grumps. I hear people clearly in the Narrator's background. It reminds me of a 10 year old's Minecraft Let's Play. I'm not trying to be mean but what the hell happened?
Since Shaun is the cop. He could flip the call card in the next 2 turns, and since chicken out means immunity from being shot, he can still win. Isn't that a flaw?
LovezCrazyTimez He can choose not to. After every round, everyone who doesn't get shot or chicken out will pass the card. If the Cop doesn't want to, to avoid suspicion, he can choose not to flip the card.
I'm just glad they recorded the summary of everyone's winnings in the bathroom for the gas station across the street.
Friaza Hyuga
They have a different editor for Polaris, I think this was on purpose just so people could go watch it on their site.
the narrator sounds SOOOOO enthusiastic
Pyroblock (SPG) I know, right? I mean be excited if you want narrator but don't hurt yourself doing it.
Pyroblock (SPG) thats just how Barry talks.
Pyroblock (SPG) I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be that way
Pyroblock (SPG) It's the wrong video. The Polaris website version has Arin talking.
ThatSmartAlek their webplayer sucks last I checked, I'll bite the bullet
"I heard that call and I'm gonna say this as nice as I possibly can....fuck him." xD
1:48 Talking in the background of someone recording voiceover work? Who produced this shit? Oh. Polaris. Right.
Why's the audio so low quality on the recaps? There's some background too...
I think it's supposed to sound like the commentators for poker on tv
It used to be Arin's voice like it was on Polaris, but now it's weird and not Arin.
Big Zam they probably lost the original audio files of Arin's commentary and had to substitute. that's also probably why these episodes took so long to get uploaded to RUclips
Shea Cunha i think it's Ross but I'm not sure
Benjamin Smith It sounds too deep to be Ross
I mean the quality of the audio isn't great, sure, but for some reason I kind of appreciate the deadpan of the narration? It feels more atmospheric, like a detective's monologue over a hard-boiled crime story. I thought it was how it was meant to be at first, really, I don't even mind.
"I thought I could trust a Ghost Lord"
Famous last words Derrick, famous last words...
I just finished watching part one and then this goes up! Sweet I love table flip!

Yes it is like my favorite! :)
I would love for that to happen!!!!
Popping these videos out like babies.
Ewwwww.... XD
korian lombax wtf
"this is leonardo decaprio, this is tim roff, this is..." THE PART WHERE I BREAK FREEEE OHWOAHWOAHOHOHOHOH
Those narrative voiceovers are professional grade if ever I've seen it.
Got the background conversations, fan running, and everything! \o/
Derrick:
"Hahaha, SCREW the children!"
HAHAHAHA! Wrong narrator audio.
"That was a lie! It all goes to me, screw the children, hahahaha!"
What's with the terrible voiceover quality saying the scores?
What if barry just used his barricorn costume for one of these table flips?
With a top hat, good sir.
They should have Shalom on the Range on.
@11:57 Derrick making a Group X reference. Amazing.
I thought bang bang bang was a instant kill
If you are reading this have a great day! :D
PILAV GAMES thnx m8
U ay Gud m8
My god PLEASE stop spamming the same comment on every video. We get it. It's a channel plug. But please stop.
Im so furious at you. How dare you be nice on the internet
PILAV GAMES Different message *unsubscribed.*
they should have jontron as a gust for table flip. not permanent but just as a guest but if he cant do it because of his own thing i would understand
Thanks for understanding
I thought the Bang Bang Bang was supposed to kill immediately? Why are Barry and Rocco still in?
no a bang bang bang makes them unable to shoot, not get money, and a wounded token
a bang bang bang hurts the player so they don't money AND they can't shoot, a bang hurts the player also, but the player is still able to shoot, and they won't earn money,so getting shot means you don't earn money, but the two bullets work different
+Cameron Jalbert so they don't 'earn' money, sorry, typed to fast

Ricochet_zombie88 Well done.
slow clap
Oh the irony
Ricochet_zombie88 I don't want to sound like a smarmy cock, but I will anyway
That moment when a 7 year old Minecraft kid has to talk about being early.
16:30
The realization dawning on his face is the best thing ever
This entire video proves that Barry is an agent of chaos.
So why would you go to the phone as a criminal?
alldayagain I think because only criminals would want to see if a cop has flipped the card. You risk the suspicion of the other criminals to take out the bigger threat
aton667 but if you are not the cop you can just not go and the police could never call the cops.
The way the game usually works is the card is passed along under the table, without anyone looking at it. This means all players who lived through the round have to have the card pass through them. So they have no choice.
Ian Cummins ah, so the phone is acting?
Celio Hogane Yeah. The cop is determined by process of elimination, if the card is flipped and someone was out of that round, the person who was out is not the cop. That's how they determined Barry wasn't a cop.
Wish I could enjoy joining in on such fun games and great improv. My favorite and best style of comedy. Good stuff.
was this narrated by the vacuum cleaner guy?
I like how Suzy pointed the gun at the guy who wanted to team on on Barry, a true friendship. But the cruel irony that he pointed the gun at her.
i love how rocco was like he heard he played a bang bang bang and was like ok im out
I love how Sean says, "no you can't back out now", then totally does the exact same thing except he actually pussies out next episode
I fucking love how innocent Shaun sounds when he says hi on the phone.
I love how Shaun was like pick up your gun and Rocco was like ok😣
It doesn't matter if derrick is the cop, he's kicking their asses and needs to go down.
"Leave the gun
Take the cannoli"
Ahhhhh the godfather ☺️
Greatest movie of all time
I love this series! Make more Suzy and Barry!
Am I the only one who thinks Polaris is terrible for neglecting Rocco?
Roccos cries should not go unheard
Why do you say Polaris is neglecting Rocco?
ITS A JOKE
Everyone: shooting whoever they suspect
Barry: shooting whenever the f*ck he wants lmao
3:15
Suzy : "its never cold in Florida"
Me : BULL - SHIT
Suzy:"Its never cold in Florida"
Me: "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH REALLLY"
Arin is supposed to do the narrator stuff who's dis guy?! Also the air conditioner in the background really takes away from the professionalism.
Matt Aronowitz it is Arin and he is doing it in the back of a restaurant (I think) cause they had to do it last minute.
oh, ok, thank you!
Derrick fucks up twice in these table flips. Doesn't flip the card then doesn't know what character he is during the wolf one.
Oh my god, I love 1313 Dead End Drive, what an obscure game to reference...
That "leave the gun..." quote. That's paraphrasing Shadow Raiders if I'm not mistaken. :D
It's the Godfather
... I can dream that someone else remembers that old cartoon series. :(
I like the narrator I feel that it adds to it
Lovin' the Barry Suzi. But my screw attack blood boils at the shenanigans of Mega 64.
They totally said at the beginning that if the cop calls three times, he insta-wins. So Rocco won. Why didn't they know that?
Xander L. Because the cop didn't call the last time.
I can't believe your playing this it's my fav game of all time
As soon as he scratched his nose i knew he was the cop,lol
How do you split 40k three ways....
MAGIC!
flip a coin? wait shit..
13.33333333333333
AD16 you give 10k to each person, then leave 10k in the pot.
And with that, there was nobody to stop the criminals because one undercover cop got caught.
2:53 gets me every time
“crime well done” love that
I didn't know Suzy was a patient of yours DOCTOR HOFFMAN.
Hey this was game grumps' 3000th video!!!! Congratulations guys!!!!
I'm not gonna lie, this is kinda immersive!
i love nothing more than table flip
The music in this episode is Variations on a Rococo Theme by Tchaikovsky.
Andrew Weinstein Variations on a Rococo the Ghost Lord Theme
2 Table Flips back to back out of nowhere? I guess I'll have to stay up a little longer....
17:14 but ... he wouldve already won ... wtf suzzy.
Lol the I just want bang bang bang reference. Sooo 2008 derrick
i loved shawns rage on derrik at 16:29
thank you for part 2 i love it :D
I have a serious question. Is Shawn a younger version of Charles Dance?
I guess technically Huggy wasn't a cop, just a snitch.
YES!!!! DERRICK WITH THE COMEBACK!! :D
Lol I was just finishing the last video wanting more, thanks game grumps!
I was hoping one of them would go to the phone and say "I have to poop"
The audio quality of the turn recap makes me snicker each time.
Paul walker played an undercover cop too.
I like that Sean actually kind of looks like Tim Roth from Reservoir Dogs.
holy shit yeah!
I just realized that they have the doomhammer replica in the background.
I just found this uploaded from the first episode
It seems kinda easy to figure out who the undercover cop is.... If a small group of pot winners make a call and the card is turned over by the end of the round, you know it has to be one of them, with a better chance of being right the smaller the group is. If that person isn't in the group and the card isn't flipped over, then you know it's that person. Can the cop chose not to flip over the card even if they're one of the pot winners? Because that would give them away immediately if they're the only one who won the pot.
[plays a BANG! card]
Wait a minute, what's the difference between bang and bang bang bang?
Turpentity Ok, I was under the impression a bang bang bang was an insta-kill, man this game is confusing.
Conner Wolf Yeah I thought the same thing mate.
I love the idea of this game, but the passing around the telephone card is so broken. If you were playing with people it'd be too easy to tell if someone is flipping the card or not. And if you drop it then you ruin the game because only the cop would know if the card is flipped or not. Love the video just wondering what is going on with the sound during the player's total parts.
Under 301 club?
Get these coming so great
Fact of RUclips: If a person has a Minecraft profile picture, they are 13 or younger.
I knew he was the cop from the very beginning, I saw the card.
Half of the hand holding the gun in the thumbnail is missing lol
With the well done production, I can't understand why the voice over audio is so bad. I can hear random background sounds and possibly talking.
CreepyRasta Then the narrator audio is fixed at 20:17! What the hell!
"Screw the children" -Derrick 2015
The narrator sounds like Ben Affleck in the Daredevil movie.
The enthusiasm of the narrator do....
I was really hoping the Mr Orange lookin guy was the cop
I feel as if when they did the intro to this, Barry is yelling loud as fuck.
8:04
MAKE THIS HAPPEN! NOW!!!
YOU'RE THE COP!
Who?
I'm the cop? Awesome!
HE ADMITTED TO IT! SHOOT Geometry Dash Agent!
-shoots +Geometry Dash Agent before he has a chance to act-
Shealyn the Serial Doodler *Dead*
What the hell happened with the first round of calls? I'm so confuzzled!
Oh no! Don't die Barry!
HAPPY 3000TH VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Derrick has the best calls
Since Shaun is the cop. He could flip the call card in the next 2 turns, and since chicken out means immunity from being shot, he can still win. Isn't that a flaw?
I wonder if the Polaris team saw this
Vanilla Gorilla that was the joke
Vanilla Gorilla I never said it was a good one
Love the video! But one question... Does the cop HAVE to flip the telephone card?? Or can he chose not to one round to avoid suspicion?
LovezCrazyTimez He can choose not to. After every round, everyone who doesn't get shot or chicken out will pass the card. If the Cop doesn't want to, to avoid suspicion, he can choose not to flip the card.
"I have to um... take a massive shit" - barry
You can see Derrick flip the card. Unless I'm imagining things...
