Misogyny means different things to people. To me it represents the devaluing of women which leads men to try to pass laws that limit the lives and health decisions of women. As a gay man , I love women .Straight women have been the greatest allies of gay men and spoke up for us when no straight man would do the same. I was livid when a bisexual man suggested that gay men are misogynist because they mostly do not sleep with women. Would you apply this equally to a straight man and call them man haters because they do not sleep with other men? Misogyny has nothing to do with whom you sleep. To me, feminism is recognizing the humanity of women to be a whole human being with dreams and aspirations of her own and not subservient to a man .
Men and women teamed up over the years to split the labor. Gender roles might be changing but you don't have the moral authority to judge figures in history through the lense of your comfy life in the modern world. You have no idea how tough life was back then.
Interesting how like all fmnsts u r dead against misogyny but not against misandry(or maye u will say it doesnt exist)...even tho misandry is rampant in fmnst circles and have also been accepted in minstream by society.

Rubbish. Feminism is about equality and equity between the genders.
Misogyny is not a crime. It's a violation of the laws of courtesy and social conduct not of the state.
