    Hi Talha, thank you for making this video: overall, I like your content. I took the GRE and I have a decent QUANT score. I do agree on most of the things you mentioned in this video regarding prep materials however, I personally think Magoosh is pretty good for the qaunt section. I felt the GRE Quant is a test of concepts and the practice questions for the Quant section provided by Magoosh does a good job in doing so.

    Thankyou so much for your guidance ❤ I prepared for 2 months by following more or less the same strategies you mentioned and took my test on the 29th of june. Alhamdulillah I scored 332 (Q: 169, V: 163) on my first attempt. (Without any paid mocks; the only paid service I used was GregMat for 1 month).
    These videos were a great help! ❤

    Hi Talha, such a nice video. I have exhausted all ETS resources, (paid/free mocks, official guides). So, If I am repeating, somewhere I have answer stored in mind, and my mind ticks right option without any working.
    I actually realized Magoosh questions lack quality, but then what's the way out? Do you prefer manhattan 5lb or ETS big book

    • @maleehajoohi4729
      @maleehajoohi4729 9 месяцев назад +1

      Also, I am doing a vocab from your 600 wordlist on brightlink and all words present in all mocks of ETS. Will that be enough?

    • @talhaomer167
      @talhaomer167  9 месяцев назад +1

      Hey Maleeha, So I would advice that do the topics from 5LB rather than ETS big book. Also if you have Magoosh subscription then maybe just do the hard questions from there as a few of those are good but they are not many. Plus the vocab of ETS + the 600 words are more than enough for your prep. Good Luck!

    Sir, My Quant score was 157 and I need a score of 165 in quant. I want to retake the Gre exam after one month, could you please tell me how should I prepare now. ( I appeared for the shorter gre new format)

    • @talhaomer167
      @talhaomer167  9 месяцев назад

      Hey - So right now the only good sources for quant for those targeting a 165+ score are very limited. Except for power prep plus mock exams for old GRE, GRE official guides there is nothing of real substance for that level. Just make sure you focus on those.
